Nefo Dradjati

Nefo Dradjati has a strong background in human resources and leadership positions. Nefo started their career as a Training Officer at PT Cold Rolling Mill Indonesia Utama in 1987. Nefo then moved on to become a Training and Personnel Manager at Grand Hyatt in 1990. From 1996 to 1999, they held the position of HR Director at Imperial Century Hotel. In 1999, they became an HR Director at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta until 2000. Currently, Nefo Dradjati holds the position of HR Director at PT. Asuransi CIGNA, a role they have held since 2000.

From 1983 to 1987, Nefo Dradjati attended Universitas Negeri Jakarta, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Teacher Education.
