Penny Coppen, MSOP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Enterprise Clinician Leadership and Organizational Development professional at The Cigna Group, a position held since April 2024, and has been with Cigna since July 2013, progressing through various roles including Leadership Development Program Director and Senior Organizational Development Consultant.
