Sam Fryer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career in 2009 as the owner of Iced Events Ltd. In 2011, they joined Morrisons, where they held positions such as HR Systems and Process Analyst, Store of the Future Commercialization Analyst, Project Delivery and Team Leader, Strategy Consultant, Convenience Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Manager. They were responsible for various marketing activities, loyalty programs, and CRM initiatives to drive customer loyalty and business growth. In 2020, Sam joined TalkTalk as a Senior Loyalty Manager, contributing to customer loyalty initiatives. Currently, they are employed at Cigna Healthcare as the Head of Customer Engagement and Experience, leading their customer engagement and research & insight efforts.

Sam Fryer attended Leeds Grammar School from 1998 to 2005, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, Sam completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing and Management at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
