Shini Oommen

Shini Oommen currently serves as Manager of Product Execution at Cigna since October 2019, leading product initiatives at Express Scripts Canada with a focus on enhancing processes and fostering collaboration. Previously, Shini was a Product Owner at Cigna, responsible for gathering competitive insights and contributing to product strategies in areas such as digital therapeutics and personalized healthcare interventions. Shini’s experience also includes a role as a Business Analytics Advisor and Senior Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions from April 2012 to September 2019, where expertise in IT consulting, product management, and business analysis was developed. Earlier professional experience includes a summer internship at Renault Nissan Automotive India, focusing on business process re-engineering, and a position as a Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, gaining experience in requirements gathering and testing. Shini holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from the Institute of Technology, Bilaspur.
