Sailesh started their career at Accenture Services Ltd. in 2004 as a Deputy Manager - Intra-day, where they managed a team and ensured staffing and service levels were met. Sailesh then joined Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2007 and held roles as a Manager and Senior Manager - Workforce Management.
