Sailesh Peswani has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sailesh started their career at Accenture Services Ltd. in 2004 as a Deputy Manager - Intra-day, where they managed a team and ensured staffing and service levels were met. Sailesh then joined Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2007 and held roles as a Manager and Senior Manager - Workforce Management. During their time at Firstsource, they were responsible for workforce planning, scheduling, and achieving service levels. In 2013, Sailesh joined Tech Mahindra Business Services as a Senior Manager - Planning, where they managed a team and was responsible for resource planning, scheduling, and real-time operations. Sailesh also worked closely with finance and clients to make strategic decisions. In 2016, Sailesh took on the role of Managing Partner at SS Home Trends and also worked as a Workforce Management Lead at Cigna Health Benefits.
Sailesh Peswani completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from MMK College of Commerce & Economics between the years 1994 and 1999.
