Monica Frazier

Monica Frazier has a diverse background in IT operations and system administration. Monica recently worked at CIGNEX as a Data Center Technician and Linux and Windows Systems Administrator, where they managed and monitored infrastructure, performed troubleshooting, and ensured the functioning of servers and applications. Prior to that, they worked at The Judge Group and Insight Global as a Datacenter Technician, focusing on Linux systems administration. Monica also has experience as a Jr Systems Administrator at SSL (Space Systems Loral), where they monitored and troubleshot network, server, and desktop systems. Monica has also worked as an IBM SVL Jr Network Administrator at CD I Corporation and as a Data center/iLab Systems Technician at Intel Corporation contractor, where they administered datacenter and client computing systems and performed system maintenance and disaster recovery. Monica's early career included a role as an Information Systems Technician at San Joaquin County Public Health Services.

Monica Frazier completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Sciences at San Jose State University from 1986 to 1991. In 2019 to 2022, they pursued an A+ certification from CompTIA, specializing in PC network essentials and practical application. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, Monica obtained a Project Management Institute Certification in Project Management/Business Analyst from West Valley Mission Community College District. In the year 2011 to 2012, they acquired an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology Network Administration from Heald College.
