Amol Deshpande

Amol Deshpande has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amol is currently working at Cigniti Technologies as an Associate Vice President - Global Delivery. Amol previously held the position of Senior Director - Global Delivery at the same company. Prior to Cigniti Technologies, Amol worked at Cognizant where they held several roles including Director-Projects, Associate Director, Senior Manager-Projects, Manager-Projects, Senior Associate-Projects, and Associate-Projects. Before Cognizant, they were associated with Persistent Systems as a Member Of Technical Staff and Associate Member of Technical Staff. Amol's early career includes working as a Software Engineer at Rudranee Infotech Ltd.

Amol Deshpande has a diploma in advanced computing (C-DAC) from the Centre for Diploma in Advance Computing. Amol also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.E.) in Mechanical from Govt College of Engineering, Aurangabad. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
