Joe Toomey is an experienced project manager and business owner with a strong background in sales and marketing across various media platforms. Currently serving as Project Manager at Cignpost Diagnostics Ltd. since June 2021, Joe is responsible for the rollout of Express Test Regional Health Centres in Ireland. As the owner of Pivot Digital, Joe focuses on developing strategies that enhance digital marketing ROI.
