Francis Ouma

Francis Ouma is a Program Officer at CIHEB-Kenya, with extensive experience in managing and coordinating malaria prevention and control programs funded by the Global Fund. Previously, Francis held positions such as Project Coordinator at Impact Research and Development Organization and as a District Social Mobilization and Communications Officer for a HIV/AIDS prevention program. Francis has a background in project planning and management, with a Master of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi.
