Alex Khaliavinskyi

Alex Khaliavinskyi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. 🇺🇦Alex started their career as a System Administrator at the Central TV- Radio- Studio of the Ministry of Defense, where they successfully improved tech request resolution and decreased the average time of resolving tech issues.

Moving forward, Alex worked as a System & Support Engineer and later became the Head of Customer Success Department at Restaurant POS Systems. During their tenure, they implemented ITIL best practices, which resulted in increased client satisfaction and improved incident resolution time.

Alex then transitioned to roles at Creatio and SportLabs Group, where they served as a Technical Product Manager and Solution Engineer. At Creatio, they worked on product management and solution engineering, while at SportLabs Group, they focused on developing go-to-market strategies and improving product quality.

In 2019, Alex joined Deloitte as a Senior Product Manager and Business Analyst before joining Ciklum in the same year as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Team Lead. At Ciklum, they played a crucial role in resolving communication issues, earning back client trust, and increasing annual project revenue. 🇺🇦Alex also hired and managed a team of Product Managers and led the hiring process for software engineers.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and process improvement.

Alex Khaliavinskyi received an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in the period from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in areas such as AI for Product Management, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and several others from institutions like Pendo.io, Scrum Alliance, IBM, Product School, Udemy, and DataCamp. The certifications were obtained between the years 2018 and 2023.
