Batha Owais

Batha Owais has held various leadership roles in human resources throughout their career. At Ciklum, they contributed to the development and implementation of retention strategies as the Head of Human Resources. At Remotebase, they served as the Head of People & Culture and focused on digitizing procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws. As the Human Resources Director at the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority, they created an integrated HR strategy and established an employee salary structure. They also revamped policies and procedures as the General Manager of Human Resources at Imarat Group and developed HR strategies as the Head of Human Resources at VavaCars. At dnata, they managed HR operations across Pakistan and led a team. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Advisor at GSK, an Assistant Manager HR at HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions, and a Senior HR Executive at a confidential company.

Batha Owais holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Institute of Business Management.
