Nadiia Chala

Nadiia Chala has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Nadiia currently works as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ciklum since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Global HR Operations Director at Ciklum from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Ciklum, Nadiia worked at Tek Experts as the Global HR Operations Manager from May 2020 to September 2021. Their responsibilities included overseeing HR operations in seven countries and implementing various programs to develop management capabilities and increase employee engagement.

From November 2019 to May 2020, Nadiia worked as the HR Director of Retention & Development at Intellias. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director for the Asia-Pacific region at Luxoft from January 2018 to July 2019.

Nadiia has also worked at Luxoft in various roles starting from 2012. Nadiia held positions such as HR Director, Global Relocation Head, Corporate Junior Program Supervisor, and HR People Partner for Deutsche Bank. Their tenure at Luxoft lasted from December 2014 to May 2017.

In addition to their work at Ciklum, Tek Experts, Intellias, and Luxoft, Nadiia has held positions at LOC EURO-2012 Ukraine as an Event Training Coordinator, Leroy Merlin Ukraine as a Training Manager, TV Broadcasting Company 1+1 as an HR Manager, and Homer Software House as an HR Manager.

Nadiia Chala obtained a Master's degree in Political Sciences from National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2020.
