Deliver 25% maintenance savings by driving preventative maintenance programmes
Improve tenant comfort and reduce tenant hot & cold complaints by up to 32%
Increase and protect environmental NABERS ratings, and
Empower on-site contractors to perform detailed equipment analysis
The CIM Sales team is tasked with driving annual recurring revenue growth from existing and new clients of our world beating SaaS data analytics platform, PEAK.
With our company HQ in Sydney, an office in EMEA (Cork Ireland) and a newly established office in the US (Boulder, Colorado), we’re a team of passionate, skilled experts united by our desire to improve sustainability in the built environment.

As SDR, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team and are key to driving CIM’s growth. Through your collaboration with sales and marketing to qualify leads and set up meetings that drive new business and revenue, you relentlessly pursue opportunities, and consistently exceed targets.
What you bring to CIM:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships or part-time positions will be considered).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Tenacious and proactive mindset, with a goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Adept at conducting research and gathering information using various online platforms.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
What you’ll do at CIM
Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential customers within the property management industry.
Prospect and engage with leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and fit for our products/services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our value proposition to prospects and establishing meaningful connections.
Continuously update and manage customer information, interactions, and activities in our CRM (Hubspot).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
Who you’ll work with:
Within the sales team, you’ll work alongside a diverse, passionate global team in a startup environment. You collaborate closely with account executives based in Sydney, in addition to the EMEA team based in Ireland.
The role reports into the Australia-based Global VP of Sales.
