Kenny Hadiwinata

Kenny Hadiwinata has diverse work experience in various roles.

Kenny currently works as a Platform Integration Specialist at CIM, starting in May 2022.

Previously, Kenny worked as a Climbing Coach, starting in January 2019. In this role, they analyzed clients' competencies, developed training plans, and provided direction and feedback on technique and skills in rock climbing and bouldering.

From October 2020 to December 2021, they worked as a Shift Manager at Climb Fit, where they handled day-to-day operations and managed shifts.

Prior to that, Kenny worked at The Edge Rock Climbing Centre as a Shift Manager from June 2017 to July 2018. In addition to managing operations, they also coached youth and adult classes and assessed competencies in lead climbing.

Starting in February 2011, Kenny worked as a Music Teacher in their freelance capacity, preparing and teaching music theory and performance classes for individual students. Kenny also prepared students for AMEB theoretical and practical examinations.

Kenny Hadiwinata pursued their education starting in 2013, when they enrolled at Macquarie University. Kenny completed their studies in 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, specializing in Marketing. In 2015-2016, they participated in an exchange program at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, expanding their knowledge in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2019, Kenny pursued an additional qualification by attending Dansk Klatreforbund (Danish Climbing Federation), where they obtained a Trainer 1 certification, specializing in climbing instruction. The duration of this training is still ongoing.
