Jay Fischer

Jay Fischer's work experience starts in 2008 as a Real Estate Investments Acquisition Associate at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Jay then worked as a Summer Associate at UBS Investment Bank in 2011 before joining Sabunta (Now Jumia) Nigeria as a Business Development Consultant. In 2012, they became an Investment Banking Associate at UBS Investment Bank and later moved to Rockwood Capital as an Associate in 2013. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC in various roles, including Portfolio Manager, Director, and Managing Director. Currently, Jay is working as a Managing Director, Investments at CIM Group since 2023.

Jay Fischer completed their undergraduate education at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
