Meina Zhi

Meina Zhi has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. In 2009, they began their career at Dalian Wanda Group as a Real Estate Reach Analyst/Journalist. Meina then joined Rosano Partners as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Acquisition Analyst at Gilmore Associates. Meina later joined Decron Properties Corp. in 2014 as a Reporting and Pricing Manager. In 2017, they became the Vice President of Business Applications at Griffin Capital Company, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Corporate Applications & Analytics at CIM Group, starting in 2022.

Meina Zhi completed their education in a chronological manner. Meina obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising from Beijing University of Technology, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Meina Zhi also attended Beijing No.4 High School from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Meina Zhi has acquired various certifications. These include the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, earned in June 2022; the HarvardX Verified Certificate for Data Science: R Basics from Harvard University, obtained in April 2021; The Sequel to SQL certification from Code School, obtained in March 2016; the CPA Uniform Exams certification from AICPA, earned in November 2015; and the HTML/CSS Front-end Foundations certification from Code School, obtained in March 2015.
