Mred Katya Hristova Ap

Katya Hristova's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Development at CIM Group, L.P. since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Development at WCM from August 2016 to September 2017. From May 2015 to August 2016, they held the position of VP of Pre-Development at Simply Self Storage/Brookfield Property Group, Self-Storage Asset Management. Katya also worked as a Semifinalist at MIT Center for Real Estate in January and February 2016. Katya has experience in project management and architecture, having worked at Ellenzweig from September 2012 to December 2014 and Linea 5, Inc. from March 2007 to August 2012. Additionally, they were a Finalist in the What If New York City...Design Competition from February to June 2008.

Katya Hristova holds a Master's Degree in Master of Real Estate Development, which they obtained from Auburn University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
