Samantha Ungs

Samantha Ungs has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In their most recent role as Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Oversight at CIM Group, they have been responsible for managing and overseeing various portfolios. Prior to that, Samantha worked at Situs as Assistant Vice President - Valuation Management, where they handled the valuation process for a large number of joint venture assets. Samantha also created presentations and compared portfolios against industry standards. Before that, they were a Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis at VEREIT, Inc., where they controlled corporate budgeting and forecasted revenue. In addition, Samantha has experience as a Senior Analyst - Portfolio Management at VEREIT, where they were responsible for reporting and synchronization of real estate information. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Keystone Commercial Capital, analyzing loan requests and negotiating loan terms. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Assistant Teaching Intern at Camp Adventure and as a Project Manager at 3Fueled, LLC. Samantha started their career as a Mortgage Loan Production Intern at AEGON.

Samantha Ungs attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2005 to 2009. During their time at the university, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Real Estate.
