Dominique Drouin

Dominique Drouin is an experienced professional in communication systems and network management, currently serving as the Director of Communication Systems for Western Canada at CIMA+ since August 2017. In this role, Dominique manages a team focused on delivering communication systems for transit operators, designing Fiber to the Home solutions, and providing telecommunications support for utilities. Prior to CIMA+, Dominique held various managerial positions at Shaw Communications, including Manager of IP and Optical Technologies, where responsibilities included technology development and network architecture improvements. Dominique's earlier experience includes significant roles at ENMAX - Envision, ONI Systems, and Tellabs, overseeing engineering teams and network architecture, with a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering complemented by an MBA from the University of Calgary.
