Mark Handley

Mark joined Coates in 2006 after a 29-year career with Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company. During his tenure at Tennessee Gas Pipeline, Mark held various positions with increased responsibility in field operations and within the Houston corporate headquarters, culminating as Manager of the Property Rights Services from 2001-2006.

His responsibilities included the management of all acquisition, preservation and disposition of land and right of way matters associated with Tennessee Gas Pipeline and ANR Pipeline companies along their approximately 24,000 miles of natural gas pipelines and associated storage fields. His responsibilities also included managing the right of way activities associated with new pipeline construction, property acquisition and sales and daily operational support for natural gas transmission pipelines.

Mark is a member of the International Right of Way Association, Southern Gas Association, and Florida Energy Pipeline Association. As an active member of Florida Energy Pipeline Association, he served as the Right of Way Chairman and Board Member. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
