Shishir Shirgaonkar

Shishir Shirgaonkar has a strong background in project management and engineering. Shishir currently holds the position of Director of Project Management at Cimarron, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, Shishir worked as the Director of Engineering at ITW Dynatec for three years, where they led a global product engineering team and collaborated with leadership to develop business growth strategies. Shishir also held the role of Engineering Manager at Valerus, where they managed a team of engineers responsible for delivering gas compression and production equipment units, and implemented engineering standards and processes. Before that, Shishir worked as a Standards Engineer at Enerflex Ltd., developing engineering standards and providing technical guidance in the field. Shishir also gained experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Exterran, handling natural gas compression package build projects, and as a Product Engineer at Continental Automotive Systems.

Shishir Shirgaonkar holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. Prior to obtaining their Masters degree, they completed their Bachelor in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
