Lila Lamatrice

Lila Lamatrice has over two decades of experience in operations and quality management roles within the contact center industry. Lila started their career at Coach-Net Services Group, Inc. as an Operations Support Manager before moving on to Liveops, Inc. where they held positions as a Senior Program Specialist and Quality Audit Manager. Currently, Lila is the Director of Operations at NexRep, LLC, where they previously served as the Senior Manager of Operations and Operations Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing quality programs, improving agent productivity, and delivering high-level customer service.

Lila Lamatrice attended Mohave Community College. In addition to their college education, they obtained certifications in "Building Relationships While Working from Home," "Mentoring Others," "Motivating and Engaging Employees," and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn.
