Miguel Aguerre has worked in various roles related to business solutions, logistics, and supply chain management since 1990. Miguel began their career at Mirgor SA-Valeo in 1990 as the Gerente de Suministros y Sistemas, where they were responsible for logistics and supply chain management. In 1994, they moved to Manufactura de Motores Argentinos SA (Valeo) as the Director de Logística y Sistemas, where they were responsible for planning, inventory control, and management. In 1996, they moved to Metalurgica Kysmar SAIC as the Director de Logística y Suministros, where they were responsible for systems, national purchases, and imports. In 1997, they moved to Dana Corp SA as the Director de Logística y Sistemas, where they were responsible for national purchases, exports, and imports. In 2001, they moved to Minera Alumbrera Limited-Xstrata Copper as Logistics, where they were responsible for inventory management and procurement. Finally, in 2019, they moved to Vazlo Comercial, S.A. de C.V. as the Director Adjunto.

Miguel Aguerre attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1986 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Licenciatura en Sistemas. Miguel then attended the UNIVERSITY OF NORTH FLORIDA- Austral University from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a Master Logistics in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
