Wendy Chua

Wendy Chua has extensive experience in people strategy, change management, and career coaching, currently serving as Director of People Strategy & Culture and Director of Group Programme Management Office at CIMB since 2010. With previous roles as Head of Change Management and Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, Wendy specializes in guiding clients through career transitions and organizational change. As Owner of Vector Management, Wendy managed SAP change initiatives for Burberry Ltd (HK) and provided leadership development coaching. Additional experience includes facilitating customer-centric culture changes for Siegwerk Malaysia and serving as an executive coach in various capacities. Wendy is a recognized public speaker with a strong background in organizational development and has held director-level positions at Magnus Management Consultants. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and further qualifications in Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Coaching.
