Chase A. Sly

Chase A. Sly, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the refrigeration industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering - US at CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. since November 2023, Chase oversees all engineering activities and projects while providing mentorship and technical support to the team. Prior roles include Director of Engineering - Refrigeration at Stellar and Director of Engineering at RC&E, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed refrigeration design, project estimation, and advanced engineering disciplines such as thermodynamics and pipe stress analysis. Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 2007 and 2012.
