Jerry Byers

Jerry Byers has extensive experience in the field of industrial specialty chemicals, having worked at Cimcool Fluid Technology from October 2014 until retirement. Prior to that, Jerry Byers served as the Manager of Research & Development at Cimcool Industrial Products LLC for over four decades, focusing on products such as metalworking fluids, stamping and drawing fluids, industrial cleaners, and corrosion inhibitors. Jerry Byers also contributed to the field as the Editor for "Metalworking Fluids, Third Edition" at CRC Press/Taylor & Francis in September 2017, and held the position of President of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers from 2012 to 2013. Jerry Byers holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ball State University.
