Eeri Elohaka has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. From 2021 to present, Eeri worked at Cimcorp Group as the Head of Group Business Control, where their responsibilities included overseeing all business activities, executing annual planning processes, and optimizing profitability. Prior to that, Eeri worked at KPMG Finland from 2019 to 2021, starting as an Assistant Manager, Management Consulting in Finance Strategy & Transformation and later becoming a Manager in the same department. Their roles involved advising clients on finance transformation, business process re-engineering, and project management. From 2013 to 2019, Eeri worked at Cimcorp Oy, first as a Key Account Manager/Consultant, then as a Controller overseeing multinational projects and revenue recognition. They also worked at Maintpartner Oy in 2013 as a Purchaser, and at Maintpartner Group in 2012 as a Purchaser on a trainee basis.

Eeri Elohaka completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014. In 2012-2013, Eeri was an exchange student at Multimedia University, focusing on Sales Management. Prior to university, Eeri graduated from Länsi-Porin lukio with a Finnish Matriculation Examination between 2005 and 2008.
