Olivier Dusabe

Olivier Dusabe is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at CIMERWA PPC since April 2018, where responsibilities include implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, proposing equipment modifications, conducting inspections, and developing engineering solutions to enhance plant operations. Prior roles include serving as the Packing Plant and Raw Material Handling Team Leader, overseeing maintenance of various crushers and rotary packers, as well as gaining experience as an Instrumentation Technician and Electrical Technician at REG/EDCL, where projects included the implementation of 110kV and 30kV installations and streetlight projects. Olivier holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam, completed in 2015.
