Takudzwa Samapundo has extensive experience in the cement industry, having served as a Process Engineer at CIMERWA PPC from December 2022 to April 2024 and held various positions at LafargeHolcim from June 2010 to February 2023, including Production Manager, Clinker and Cement Manufacturing Manager, Operations Engineer, Production Engineer, and Trainee Process Engineer. Key responsibilities included overseeing production optimization, preventative maintenance, and managing personnel within production departments. Takudzwa has a strong background in optimizing production performance across multiple plant operations and was involved in implementing the Cement Industrial Framework (CIF).
