Pravin Mahajan

Pravin Mahajan has worked in various roles since 1996. Pravin began their career as a Software Engineer and IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2000, they joined eGain Communications as an Engineering Manager, where they designed and developed a world-class product suite for web-based CRM domain using Java technologies. In 2005, Pravin became a J2EE Architect at Woolworths Limited, providing consultancy services and designing an enterprise-level architecture and development process. Pravin then joined HotHouse Interactive in 2007, where they served as Tech Lead, responsible for designing overall solutions, estimating, implementation and deployment of various client projects. In the same year, they also joined Salmat Digital / Lasoo.com.au as a Development Manager, responsible for developing Australia's leading shopping portal. In 2015, Pravin co-founded Foodridge, an exclusive social community that gives its members the possibility to reach one another instantly and grow their business. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Product & Technology Officer at RateCity.com.au, and in 2022, they were appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at CIMET.

Pravin Mahajan received their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Sainik School Satara from 1986 to 1992 and obtained their High School degree. Pravin also holds three professional certifications: Certified ScrumMaster, Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop, and Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE.
