Rafiya Azhar

Rafiya Azhar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rafiya started their career as a Quality Control Executive at Caterman Cuisine Concept Pvt LTD in October 2018, where they focused on improving site locations and implementing SOP and GMP. Rafiya also managed inventory and waste management and ensured compliance with FSSAI norms and documentation.

In April 2019, Rafiya joined CIMET as a Quality Analyst. In this role, they assisted in fraud investigations, reviewed monitoring reports, and helped create training programs for system-wide issues and compliance.

In January 2021, they were promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at CIMET, where they developed and supported test plans, scripts, and process plans for projects. Rafiya also provided orientation and induction training for new team members and validated calls and test cases based on quality requirements.

Most recently, Rafiya became the Training and LMS Manager at CIMET in January 2022. In this position, they are responsible for structuring and managing the LMS platform and course materials.
