Rushabh Fadia

Rushabh Fadia began their work experience as an Intern at L&T POWER in June 2016. Rushabh then joined Innovative Business Solutions in November 2017 as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and converting them into Solution Requirement by writing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Rushabh also conducted root cause analysis to identify and solve underlying problems. Rushabh worked at Innovative Business Solutions until December 2019. Rushabh's most recent position is as a Business Analyst at CIMET, starting in December 2022. No end date is currently specified for this role.

Rushabh Fadia completed their Master of Engineering degree in International Business and Engineering at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL INSTITUTE OF TECH.,VASAD 041, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Rushabh has also obtained several certifications, including the Accounting Analytics, Business Analytics Coursera, Customer Analytics, Operations Analytics, and People Analytics certifications from The Wharton School in September 2022. Rushabh also obtained the Enterprise Resource Planning with SAP S/4HANA (TS410) certification from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences in March 2022, and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from Bureau Veritas Group in February 2018.
