Tashnia Rafayet Yusuf

Tashnia Rafayet Yusuf has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 with an Internship at GPIT. Tashnia Rafayet then completed an Internship at ACI Pure Flour Limited in 2012, where they were responsible for forecasting sales and preparing technical reports, project costing and feasibility, and determining operational objectives. In 2013, Tashnia began working as a Business Analyst at ACI Limited, and then took on the additional role of Product Executive, where they were responsible for creating, maintaining and updating cost sheets for all existing and new products. From 2017 to 2019, Tashnia worked as a Business Analyst at Rangs Industries Limited, and then moved to International Distribution Company Bangladesh (Pvt) Limited as Assistant Manager, Channel Development. Currently, Tashnia is Manager, Business Development & Growth Analytics at Cimpatico Studios.

Tashnia Rafayet Yusuf completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from North South University in 2012, majoring in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. Tashnia Rafayet completed their A' Levels from Mastermind, Dhaka in 2007 and their O' Levels from Scholastica, Uttara, Dhaka in 2005. Additionally, they obtained certification in “Writing Grant Proposals and Managing Grant Projects” from Purdue University.
