Akshay Bandivadekar

Akshay Bandivadekar is a Lead Software Engineer at Cimpress since May 2021, where leadership of the Matrix team and effective task management has been a focus, emphasizing open communication and team dynamics. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Engineer at National Pen, a Cimpress subsidiary, contributing to a multi-lingual E-commerce platform and implementing a new Product Data feed using Algolia. Previously, Akshay worked at EdCast by Cornerstone, developing UI components and a Live Event feature with ReactJS. Early experience at NeoSOFT Technologies involved designing a Redemption Panel for P N Gadgil Jewellers and developing various web applications. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology and has a strong foundation in software development, particularly in JavaScript and related technologies.
