Joy Neely, CMCA

Joy Neely, CMCA has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Joy started their career as a College Intern at Walt Disney World, where they gained valuable experience in administration and management. Joy later worked as a Hotel Sales Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts before joining Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center as a Coordinator for Adult and Child Psychiatry. During their time there, they were promoted to an Office Manager role, where they led a team and implemented office processes and procedures.

In 2000, Joy transitioned into a Sales Representative role at Sprint before becoming a Jani-King Franchise Owner. As a franchise owner, they successfully managed a commercial cleaning company, handling payroll, hiring, and organizing work crews.

Joy then joined POOLCORP as a Safety Assistant, where they recorded and tracked work-related incidents and produced quarterly loss reports. Following this, Joy worked at GNO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC, where they held various roles, including Property Manager, Director of Management, and Director of Operations. In these positions, they managed homeowner associations, oversaw maintenance crews, handled customer requests, and developed a management training program.

In 2022, Joy joined KEMCO Integrated Services as a Senior Development Operations Manager for a brief period before transitioning to their current role as a Software Training Specialist at CINC Systems. In this role, they conduct training sessions, guides customers, and demonstrates best practices for using the CINC software modules.

Joy Neely, CMCA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of New Orleans, completing their education in 1992.
