Monique Matt has extensive experience in the banking industry, specifically in HOA (Homeowner Association) banking support. Monique worked at Union Bank, HOA Bank Services as a Vice President for Strategic Initiatives & Analysis, where they transitioned clients, mitigated risk, and improved processes. Monique partnered with multiple departments to complete efficiency and risk reduction projects, resulting in significant savings and increased client retention.

Prior to their role as Vice President, Monique also served as the Training Manager and Business Process Improvement Consultant at Union Bank, where they focused on client training, mitigating client loss, and enhancing products.
