Jim Schweitzer

Jim Schweitzer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jim began their career at Interactive Technologies Inc in 1995 as a Sales Engineer, where they were responsible for pre and post sales activities, maintaining customer relations, and participating in trade shows. In 1998, they joined GE Security as a Training Manager, overseeing staffing, instructional design, and budgeting for training activities. Jim then moved to GE in 2006 as a Commercial Black Belt, managing projects using Six Sigma methodology and mentoring project team members. Schweitzer joined Cinch Systems Inc in 2009 as the V.P. of Operations, where they developed and executed the customer experience strategy and implemented metrics for measuring operational performance. Overall, Schweitzer has extensive experience in operations, training management, sales engineering, and project management.

Jim Schweitzer attended Metro State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications.
