Mark Jones

Mark Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and performance reporting. Currently serving as Head of Business Intelligence and Performance Reporting at cinch since August 2022, Mark previously held the position of Business Intelligence Manager at Sorted Group from December 2016 to August 2022, where efforts focused on transforming delivery logistics into seamless experiences. Prior to that, Mark was employed at Peninsula Business Services from January 2012 to December 2016, working both as a Business Intelligence Manager and Business Intelligence Developer. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2001 and 2004.
