Michelle Matthews

Michelle Matthews has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various organizations such as Montgomery County Job and Family Services, Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, and the City of Trotwood. Currently, Michelle serves as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Engagement Director at the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library. Matthews also contributes to the community as the Vice Chairperson on the Board of Trustees of Miami Valley Youth Career Services, a non-profit organization that focuses on providing career preparation and leadership skills to young individuals. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
