Todd Farmer, MPA, serves as the Assistive Technology Services Manager at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired since May 2004, overseeing the daily operations of the CABVI Access Technology Service and leading a team of Assistive Technology Specialists to support blind and visually impaired individuals. Prior to this role, Todd worked at ThinkWare, Inc. as the Technical Support Manager and Systems Administrator from May 2000 to January 2004, where Todd managed a technical support team and supervised application hosting services. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on U.S. History, Labor History, African-American Studies, and Political Science.
