Alyssa Wang

Alyssa Wang is a distinguished artist currently serving as the Artist Director and Principal Conductor for the Boston Festival Orchestra since July 2021. In addition, Alyssa holds the position of Music Director for both the Cincinnati Ballet and Cape Symphony, roles commenced in August 2025. Previously, Alyssa was the Assistant Conductor at the Boston Ballet from November 2021 to June 2025. Alyssa's academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Conducting and Violin from the New England Conservatory of Music, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Violin from Carnegie Mellon University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
