Ilona Piaskowy

Ilona Piaskowy is a seasoned professional in individual giving and development, currently serving as the Associate Director for Individual Giving and Signature Events at Cincinnati Ballet since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ilona held multiple positions at 4C for Children, including Manager of Donor Engagement and Development Associate, from August 2016 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Grant Specialist at DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and various project management and coordination roles at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Ilona's career began with legislative and research positions in various esteemed organizations, including the Association of Public Television Stations and the U.S. Congress. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University and studies at Charles University.
