Emma Compton

Emma Compton is currently an in-house counsel at the Cincinnati Bengals. Prior to their current role, Emma worked as a corporate associate at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL from November 2020 to May 2022. Emma also worked as a summer associate at the same firm from May 2019 to August 2019. Emma has also interned at the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office from May 2018 to August 2018, and at the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics from January 2017 to August 2017. In addition, they have also worked as marketing game day staff at FC Cincinnati from March 2016 to October 2016, and as suite services game day staff at the Cincinnati Bengals from April 2014 to March 2017.

Emma Compton attended the University of Cincinnati, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration. Emma then attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD).

Emma Compton reports to Katherine Blackburn, Executive Vice President. They are on a team with John Helmle - Chief Financial Officer, Christina Daniels - Manager of Human Resources, and Troy Blackburn - Vice President.
