Megan Elam

Megan Elam, EdD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and institutions. Since 2010, they have been associated with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where they have held several positions including Vice President, Operations (starting in March 2023), Senior Director, Operations (from January 2021 to March 2023), Director, Center for School Services and Educational Research (from October 2016 to January 2021), Research Program Leader, and Senior Specialist (from an unspecified date to October 2016), and School Intervention Specialist (from 2010 to an unspecified date). In 2016, they also worked as a Limited Term Lecturer at Purdue University, and they have been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati since 2010.

Megan Elam, EdD, obtained their Doctoral Degree (EdD) in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2012. Megan later pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education from the same university, which they completed in 2009. Megan then expanded their educational background by attaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, a degree they are expected to complete in 2022.
