Peter Naderer

Peter Naderer has extensive experience in risk management, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Peter most recently served as the Senior Director of Risk Management at Cincinnati Children's. Prior to that, they were the Enterprise Risk Manager at ADM, specializing in property and casualty risks. Peter also held a leadership role as the Director of Risk Management at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center for over a decade. Before joining Cincinnati Children's, they worked as the Manager of Risk Management Services at TriHealth and as a Senior Claim Coordinator at CommonSpirit Health. Peter's expertise in risk management spans various sectors and they are highly qualified with certifications such as RIMS-CRMP and CPHRM.

Peter Naderer completed their education at Xavier University from 2006 to 2009, focusing on Criminology & Risk Assessment. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Criminal Justice & Political Science from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.

In terms of certifications, Peter is a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) obtained in April 2022 from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.). Peter also holds a certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) from the American Hospital Association, obtained in 2013. Additionally, Peter is an Associate In Claims (AIC) certified by The Institutes, but the date of certification is unknown.
