Visael Rodriguez

Bobby Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Visael "Bobby" is currently serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Relations at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center since 2020. Previously, they held the position of VP, Chief People Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Diversity Officer at Baystate Health from 2008 to 2012. Bobby also worked as the Sr. Director, Office of Cultural Competence and Diversity at Florida Blue from 2006 to 2008 and as the Product Manager, Emerging Markets at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Global Account Manager at TRU Corporation from 2003 to 2005 and as the Director of Sales & Business Development at Xerox from 1991 to 2003.

Visael "Bobby" Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial Management and Marketing. Visael "Bobby" obtained this qualification from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
