Les Rogers

Les Rogers has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Les is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Cincinnati Incorporated, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at PAC Worldwide from January 2016 to July 2022, and also served as an Engineering Manager from May 2014 to December 2015 at PAC Worldwide. Les also worked at Wayne Water Systems as the Product Engineering Team Leader from July 2010 to May 2014, and as a Senior Project Engineer from June 2007 to July 2010. Les was an Engineering Manager for Product Management at OPW, a Dover Company, from June 1998 to June 2007. Les began their career as an Engineering Co-Op at Hasbro Toy Group from 1994 to 1998.

Les Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. In 2002, they pursued MBA Studies and took select courses at the Tennessee Tech University - College of Business, although they did not complete a degree in this field. Les has also obtained various certifications over the years, including the Open Water Diver certification from PADI in May 2016, Refrigerant Usage Certification (Type I & II) from RSES in March 2008, and the Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt from Global Productivity Solutions in July 2004.
