Jacob Powers has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Service and Sales Admission Specialist at the Cincinnati Museum Center since September 2013, where responsibilities include ticket sales and membership sales. Previous positions include a paraprofessional role at Wm. Powers & Co., CPAs focused on data entry and clerical work, as well as a sales associate position at RadioShack. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Library Science from the University of Kentucky, a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Thomas More University, along with varied roles during university, including admissions ambassador and peer tutor.
