Dr. Quinton Jefferson

Dr. Quinton Jefferson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, grant administration, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Cincinnati and Christ Church Cathedral Cincinnati, Dr. Jefferson also holds the position of Research and Grants Administrator at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. A dedicated educator, Dr. Jefferson has been an Adjunct Professor and Tutor at Thomas More University since January 2012, mentoring and teaching undergraduate students. Previous roles include teaching at Prince of Peace Catholic Montessori School, serving as a Fulfillment Center Associate at Amazon, and managing grants for the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency. Dr. Jefferson's educational background includes an ongoing Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Xavier University, complemented by two Master's degrees in Theology and Secondary Education, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and Theology.
