Jeff Walton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, BCC is an experienced Human Resources Executive and Certified Executive/Leadership Coach. Jeff is the owner of Walton Coaching & Consulting, where they focus on developing individual and organizational leadership capabilities, improving team performance, and optimizing organizational culture. Jeff is certified in various assessments and is dedicated to developing and engaging supportive and inclusive cultures. Prior to owning their own coaching and consulting business, Jeff worked as the Human Resources Director at Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden and as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Kirkland. Jeff also has experience as an Employee Benefits Contractor at Virginia Mason Medical Center & Perkins Coie, LLP via The Cobos Group, as well as a Senior 401(k)/Benefits Administrator at Microsoft and a Client Services Operations Work Group Leader at Fidelity Investments, where they managed retirement plan administration and client relationships.

Jeff Walton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, BCC has a diverse education and certification history. Jeff obtained their highest level of education from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2019, where they became a Certified Business Coach. Prior to that, Jeff attended The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Jeff completed their high school education at Wyoming High School.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff has pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Their certifications include Certified DISC Coach & Facilitator and Certified Enneagram Coach & Facilitator from Cloverleaf in March 2023.
